  • Understanding the manpower requirements of the organization and sourcing the right candidate for the right position.

Job Description:

PHP Developer

  • Hands-on experience in PHP 5.x, one or more web application frameworks (Yii, CakePHP)
  • Should have good knowledge in MySQL and other RDBMS

Responsibilities

  • Work on a wide range of projects using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
  • Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
  • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
  • Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, and marketing materials
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
  • Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
  • Prepare design briefs and determine requirements for the Creative Agency. Liaise with the Agency for creative, and do adaptations and corrections on his / her own end.
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirement:

  • 3+ years in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Word Press and content management systems a plus
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
  • Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training

RESPONSIBILITIES:
