RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Batch editing large quantities of images.
  • Color correction and lighting adjustments.
  • Skin and blemish retouching
  • Background removal
  • Proactively showing initiative to identify and resolve problems related to imagery
  • Quality assurance
  • File naming, sorting, and organizing

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Must be an expert in Light room & Photoshop
  • Highly efficient in batch editing
  • Experience in retouching of bodies
  • Familiarized and knowledge of Photoshop & Light room Shortcuts
  • Dodging & Burning
  • Frequency Separation
  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of photography (e.g: composition, shutter speed, ISO, aperture, white balance, etc.)

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate having experience in E-commerce image editing (apparel/product) would be given an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Java Script & Photoshop will be appreciated.
  • Vaccination Certificate is must.
  • Should have working windows desktop if in case WFH is required.

  • Develop content strategy that aligns with marketing targets both long term and short term.
  • Collaboratively design and develop site content design and layout alongside design and marketing teams.
  • Generate and publish engaging content
  • Edit proofread and improve upon writer’s posts when necessary
  • Ensure brand consistency by communicating effectively with writers
  • Optimize content according to SEO
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Increase web traffic across platforms by managing content distribution to online channels and social media.
  • Keep content team on board with an editorial calendar
  • Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection)
  • Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw attention of audience

Job Description:

  • Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice, Strong attention to detail, excellent portfolio of work.

  • Provide timely, accurate and effective feedback to team regarding job performance.
  • Create production plans for the team.
  • Team lead need to demonstrate effective leadership skills through developing awareness and knowledge of editing, customer service skills, computer skills, product.
  • Familiarized and knowledge of Photoshop & Light room Shortcuts

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding, Off-boarding activities & data management for entire employee in the HRMS Software.
  • Employee References: Responding to requests from employees and employee Background verification
  • Generation of Offer letters and confirmation letters from the HR portal.
  • Payroll Management from the HR Portal and payroll process for our global entities
  • Implementing the individual performance metrics, employee appraisal
  • Monitoring attendance and leave policy
  • HR policies formulation for organization as per the management advice.
  • Will be required to handle HR Operations.

Recruitment Activities:

  • Understanding the manpower requirements of the organization and sourcing the right candidate for the right position.
  • Sourcing relevant profiles through multiple channels of recruitment.
  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Evaluate candidates on their experience, communication and academic background.
